Notebloc: Scan documents from your mobile with this simple and accurate digitizer

All phones have a camera and in addition to taking pictures they also serve to scan documents. What is the difference between taking a photo of a document and scanning it? Basically it is the quality of the resulting image. If we simply take a picture we will find shadows, gray backgrounds and incorrect angles. On the contrary, if we use a scanner application, like the one we bring you today, we will have a flat image more similar to the one we would find in a book or a PDF.

We can download it from Google Play completely free of charge, without advertising and without integrated purchases. At the moment it remains very clean since it is a tool to complement your business of notebooks and notebooks.

The design is quite simple and although it has no loss, we would have liked to find something more elaborate. We understand that for future editions if the application continues its success. To use it there are two options; On the one hand choose a photo that we already have on the mobile or in the cloud and on the other take a photo to that document that we want to digitize.

You aim with the camera, choose the edges and automatically adapt it so that it looks clean, without shadows and with a right angle. Notebloc allows us to exchange between the original photo, enhanced photo, document and Notebloc mode that eliminates any grid and shading. The options for later editing are somewhat limited: cut, rotate, rename and add notes.

Once the document is saved, we can export it to any other application and send it in the size that interests us. It does not have much more. It is simpler than others but with Notebloc we will not have to pay for example the € 2.09 (on offer) that CamScanner costs, nor do we have ads like ClearScanner, its twin application.
